Privacy Policy

How personal data submitted through this website is handled, written with GDPR requirements in mind.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Proverve, an HR staffing, recruitment and HR consulting business. The legal entity acting as data controller, its registration details and its registered address are stated in the panel alongside this policy once confirmed.

2. Personal data we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to submit through this website:

  • Employer enquiries: name, company, work email, phone, country, requirement, message.
  • Candidate submissions: name, email, phone, country, area of expertise, LinkedIn URL, message and any CV you attach.
  • General contact enquiries: name, email, phone, company, country, enquiry type, message.

This website does not operate a database or candidate management system. Submissions are delivered by email through a configured external form provider and are not stored on this website.

3. Why we process your data (legal basis)

  • To respond to your enquiry and to provide recruitment or HR services — on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
  • To consider you for relevant roles where you have submitted a CV — on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
  • To comply with legal or regulatory obligations where applicable.

4. Sharing your data

Candidate details may be shared with a prospective employer only where relevant to a role and, where required, with your knowledge. We also use service providers such as email and form delivery services who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

5. International transfers

Because we operate across India and Sweden, personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we take appropriate safeguards as required by applicable data protection law.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry and candidate information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was provided, or as required by law. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Sweden, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies

Information about cookies and similar technologies is set out in our Cookie Policy.

10. Contacting us

Privacy questions and data subject requests can be sent to our privacy contact once published. Until then, please use the contact form on this website.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one.
